THE LAST COURTS CONFIRM THAT FIBROMYALGIA IS A REASON TO DECLARE PERMANENT DISABILITY

 

The Social Chamber of the Catalan TSJ considered in a recent trial, S 1403/2015, of February 24 (Rec. Suplicación 6239/2014), fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a reason to declare “permanent disability”.
